RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A PLEASANT AND TROUBLE-FREE STAY AT STEMAX APARTMENTS

ACCOMODATION AND DURING YOUR STAY

1. Accommodation is after 15:00, unless you have pre-arranged otherwise with us.
2.1. You have received the 6-digit code for the main entrance. Enter it to the keyboard next to the door, followed by #. You will hear a “click” and you can open the main door within 5 seconds. This is your personal code which is valid throughout your stay. For your safety, do not share it with anyone.
2.2. You have received the 4-digit code for the key-box, located on the front wall on the side of your apartment. Enter the code and open the box by pressing down the lever. Take the key and close the box. After this shuffle the code and close the lid.
3. During your whole stay do not leave the key in the inside lock nor in the room! Always keep the key with you or in the key-box next to the door, because the door locks when closed and you may find yourselves locked outside!
4. Please don’t touch the fuses. If you have trouble with the electricity or with any appliance, don’t do anything by yourself and contact us immediately.
5. At your disposal you have a coffee machine working with Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules. You will have some capsules as a compliment by us. You may buy more at Masoutis if you need. Please DO NOT use tap water for the coffee machine as it will get clogged!
6. Please DO NOT throw toilet paper, napkins and hygiene materials in the toilet nor in the sinks. There is a high risk of pipe clogging and flooding.
7. Please do not smoke nor vape within the premises.
8. You have free powerful Starlink Wi-Fi at your disposal. Choose the network containing the name “STEMAX” with the strongest signal and enter the provided password. You may use any other STEMAX network with the same password.
9. You have access to more than 170 TV channels with the “tPLAY” application, which is installed on the TV.
10. The air-conditioner cools down the premises within 2 minutes. Please don’t leave it working while you are outside for a longer period.

UPON DEPATRURE

1. Check-out hour: not later than 11:00, unless you have pre-arranged otherwise with us.
2. Please don’t leave dirty dishes and cutlery behind you.
3. Don’t leave working electric appliances: lamps, hobs, A/Cs, iron, toster, TV and kettle. The coffee machine turns off by itself.
4. Don’t leave running water in the bathroom and in the kitchenette.
5. Close the external blinds in the living room and in the bedroom all way down.
6. Leave the key in the key-box outside. Close the key-box and shuffle the code. Close the lid.
